Now Offering: 1-Hour EMDR-Informed Support Sessions for Returning Clients

In the past few months, I’ve been hearing from quite a few clients I’ve worked with in the past requesting support. EMDR intensives have been a good fit for some, but others have asked if they can come in for just an hour to talk things through.
As one client put it:“I’m okay… but it feels like the world is on fire and it's just been a lot. I need to land for a bit, tap into the mothership, and steady myself.”
That image—landing to tap into the mothership—really resonated with me. Many of us are feeling the weight of the world lately and are simply looking for a safe space to voice concerns and ground. Whether it’s personal stress, collective uncertainty, or the slow accumulation of “just too much,” it makes sense to want a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect to your resources.
In response, I’m offering a new service in addition to EMDR intensives: One-hour EMDR-informed support sessions, available for returning clients.
These are not weekly, ongoing, comprehensive therapy, and they’re not for trauma reprocessing.
They’re a space to:
Work through something that’s been weighing on you
Receive insight and support through an EMDR-informed lens
Reconnect with grounding and resourcing tools to regulate your nervous system
Find clarity, perspective, and steadiness in the midst of stress or uncertainty
These sessions are ideal for returning clients who are generally doing well, but want a tune-up, a place to land, or space to process something specific.
How to Schedule
I’ll be opening a limited number of these sessions as my schedule allows—usually about one to two weeks in advance. You can book directly through the Client Portal. Just use the email address you previously used with me to log in and access your old account.
New here?
If we haven’t worked together before, I’d love to connect—but this offering is for returning clients. If you’re new and curious about working together, please head to my Contact Page to schedule a consultation so we can get to know each other, explore whether my services are a good fit, and talk about next steps.
These are challenging, uncertain times. If you’re feeling the need to land, reconnect, and steady yourself, I’m here.
Warmly,
Commentaires
